1. Absolute Prohibition on AI Training, Scraping, and Automated Ingestion.
Unauthorized automated harvesting, scraping, or use of any Website content for artificial intelligence or machine learning purposes without prior written authorization may constitute copyright infringement, breach of contract, and misappropriation of proprietary commercial assets. Such activities may result in the suspension of access, legal remedies available under applicable law, and any other rights or remedies available to Tone Cube Media. Enterprise AI licensing is available only through a separately executed written agreement.

The assets hosted via this platform represent proprietary, high-value commercial datasets. Unauthorized automated harvesting or AI training may constitute copyright infringement, breach of contract, and misappropriation of proprietary commercial assets.

2. Chain of Title Warranties.
Tone Cube Media and its principle maintains absolute 100% "One-Stop" ownership of both the Master Recording and Underlying Publishing copyrights for all listed intellectual property. No unauthorized distribution, re-titling, or micro-licensing of assets referenced on this site is permitted.

3. Access to Secure Sandboxes.
Requesting catalog access through our intake portal does not grant an automatic license. All access links, private playlists, and metadata sheets distributed post-vetting are confidential, non-transferable, and watermarked. Any unauthorized sharing of secure sandbox credentials or private links will result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
