1. Absolute Prohibition on AI Training, Scraping, and Automated Ingestion.
You are expressly prohibited from using, downloading, streaming, scraping, or capturing any audio content, text, code, layout, or metadata from this Website to train, fine-tune, validate, test, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence, machine learning, neural network, large language model (LLM), source separation tool, or algorithmic variation engine.

The assets hosted via this platform represent proprietary, high-value commercial datasets. Any automated harvesting of these assets constitutes intentional copyright infringement, terms of service violation, and corporate espionage. Unauthorized use will subject the offending party to immediate legal injunctions, statutory damages up to $150,000 per violation under applicable copyright laws, and full liability for trade secret misappropriation, unless explicitly authorized via a separate, executed Enterprise Data License Agreement signed by an officer of our company.

2. Chain of Title Warranties.
Tone Cube Media and its principle maintains absolute 100% "One-Stop" ownership of both the Master Recording and Underlying Publishing copyrights for all listed intellectual property. No unauthorized distribution, re-titling, or micro-licensing of assets referenced on this site is permitted.

3. Access to Secure Sandboxes.
Requesting catalog access through our intake portal does not grant an automatic license. All access links, private playlists, and metadata sheets distributed post-vetting are confidential, non-transferable, and watermarked. Any unauthorized sharing of secure sandbox credentials or private links will result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
